Daniel K designer Vanessa Kim has created a beautiful, elegant collection for w2014. With a subtle grey and white printed silk, she has crafted harem pants with a tailored cuff, and even a chic long-sleeved pants suit (PJ Party Jumpsuit). With well cut pants, and silk blouses, all made with a confidence that belies her young years. I loved the Kimono Top – I am just quietly obsessed with sleeve details at the moment and the Double Layered Silk Pants – simple but gorgeous. With a bit of dotting used to great effect, it was a simple but sophisticated palate. The elegant floor-length Ellie Dress helped finished the show off in fine style. Loved the touch of electric blue in the V Necked Dress.

The two pieces of knitwear were outstanding – the long Blue Knot Knit with its texture and large knots and the Red Wave Knit Top as well.  The knitwear uses a revolutionary process that knits the garment all in one piece, so there are no seams and keeps the garment feeling more light-weight.

The collection was beautifully styled by Mino Kim from FOUR EYES blog with leather cuffs wrapped around the arms and the waist, and the simple yet considered detailing that he is known for.
