Thursday night saw us on Ponsonby Rd at Juliette Hogan for her Yacht Rockers launch.  The weather was co-operating with us and it felt ever-so-possibly spring-like, thank goodness. The store was all filled to the brim with lovely summer goodies with Hogan’s usual quiet and sophisticated clothing.  That said, her new leopard patterned fabric was the standout of the evening, from the windows, racks and through to Juliette herself – who was wearing the Carrie Blouse in the oyster animal print. We loved the print in both the oyster background and also the bright blue background.

The Drawstring Pants in the animal print ($298) and also the Vintage Long Skirt will sell out quickly we imagine as they have a very relaxed feel and look like they can easy be dressed up with a jacket or worn with a t-shirt for the weekends.  Also in the animal print is the Contrast Tunic which I would wear. Simple and gorgeous. We also especially loved the Greta Dress in either black or oyster lace ($369). The Wrap Blouse is a pretty, classic-shaped blouse which would be beautiful work wear, but also easily worn casually.
